Release Notes - October 1, 2025

Features

Feature: Enabled editing of all fields on the contact sheet, allowing users to add information even without a user profile.
Feature update: Revised messaging to guide clients sharing an email towards requesting access or using a unique link, preventing accidental navigation to the login screen when they haven't signed up for an account.
Email Signatures now paste an email signature automatically at the bottom of each email that goes out.
Feature added: Agents can now download system documents for client wet signatures and upload scanned PDFs as proof of execution, similar to the process for external documents.
Feature added: Signature timestamps with IP addresses now render on custom documents' signature fields, similar to system documents, for agents.
Feature added: Users can now include multiple email addresses in the "to" field when submitting an external offer, enabling additional recipients like co-agents or transaction coordinators to be included in the email.
The Calendar Component was updated to display the month name at the top of the monthly calendar view for improved user clarity.
Feature: Automated updating of the contract date field to today's date, including when duplicating past transactions.
Feature: Reordered the default identity list under the configure fields button to prioritize the agent, then the client, followed by TC if present.
A feature has been added to ensure that when agents use the "received confirmation of existing document" button to upload a document, the fully executed version is attached in the send message modal instead of the original, partially signed document.
Added property address to the subject line of "finished signing" emails for easier sorting.
Feature: Added an option to input and update details and dates and deadlines (D&D) for an external offer in GIC after the initial upload process is complete.
Feature added: Agents can now select the contract type when adding an external offer, which prepopulates relevant dates and deadlines to avoid duplication and streamline transactions.
A new feature has been added allowing users to flag documents for review, which will also flag the corresponding transactions, with the "needs review" status appearing as a column on the transactions page.

Bugs

Fixed a bug where the total offers count was incorrectly displaying 3 instead of starting from 0.
Fixed a bug where updating the number of signature boxes on an external transaction resulted in more boxes being added than specified.
Fixed a bug where the drawn signature appeared very large on downloaded documents, despite appearing normal in the PDF preview.
Fixed bug where autofill incorrectly used values from a terminated offer instead of the current transaction's tracked values upon termination.
Fixed a bug where the auto-fill function failed on documents when the same third-party vendor was added to both sides of a transaction.
A bug was fixed where automatically added default Team Coordinators (TC) did not have access to newly created clients upon logging in, while manually added TCs did.
Fixed bug where the "Sign" button was incorrectly greyed out for clients on the Seller Estimate Net Sheet in production.

Release Notes - July 16, 2025

Features:

Feature: Updated the copy in the dates & deadlines widget to display "Dates and deadlines will appear here once you're under contract" instead of "No Upcoming Events" to reduce support inquiries.
Feature: Improve UI responsiveness by adjusting kerning and padding to enhance visibility and accessibility on smaller screens, preventing interface elements from being cut off.
The "edit property" modal has been updated to change the "delete" button text to "switch to manual listing."
Feature: Added a new toggle option for agents uploading external documents to indicate whether the document is "executed by other side," preventing the system from marking it as fully executed until confirmed.
A new feature ensures that emails retain rich text formatting, such as bold and underline, with the editor displaying only allowed formats.
Clients and Representations have been separated as their own concepts within the client tab offering more robust optionality for repeat clients.
Dates and Deadlines templates now support a "Contract Date +" dynamic where dates can be calculated based on the applied's document's contract date

Bug Fixes:

Fixed a bug preventing agents or TCs from creating a new folder in a representation.
Fixed a bug where the closing date was not displaying in the "offer details" section when an external offer was uploaded.
Fixed a bug that caused a submission error when a CBS document was deleted from the originals folder and recreated in the offer folder, preventing the offer submission.
Fixed Signature indicators on disclosures now correctly display execution status when sent to the buy side, showing signatures from the list side.
Fiexed a bug to ensure that when an offer is submitted, the listing agent receives an email with the subject indicating that an offer has been submitted for a specified property address.
Fixed a bug where previously signed ERS signatures were incorrectly auto-populating on new ERS and ERB forms in the client profile.
Fixed a bug where customized text in email invitations sent from a client profile was not appearing, only the pre-drafted email content was being sent instead.
Fixed a bug where documents with conditional signatures were inaccurately marked as "signatures complete," by suggesting the removal of the signature count view to prevent confusion.

Release Notes — June 26, 2025

Features:

Feature added: Agents can now add blank signature boxes to contracts for external users before entering the submission flow, allowing them to fully prepare offers with seller names in advance.
Feature: Implemented document folder breadcrumbs to display the folder name at the top of a document, aiding agents by clarifying which document version they are currently viewing.
The new feature automates the linking of clients to offer transactions immediately after their creation in the limited agent signup flow, eliminating the need for manual linking.
A new feature has been added to the Linking Flow - Limited Agent UX, introducing an additional modal screen in the Submit Offer process, allowing agents to select and copy documents into a linked offer folder to streamline document handling and reduce confusion.
Feature: Enhanced user experience in the linking flow for normal agents by adding a final screen to clarify document copying options when linking an offer with a GIC listing.

Bug fix: Resolved an issue where team leaders were being automatically and incorrectly added to transactions after an agent was removed from a team or workspace.
Fixed a bug where "soft deleted" documents were incorrectly appearing as options in the "add" interface for client profiles.

The "Transaction Linking Epic" ticket resolves issues related to offer submission visibility, incorrect button states, and document copying permissions to ensure seamless transaction management and communication between agents in real estate transactions.
Fixed bug where the co-agent's name was not autofilling into the CBS signature block as expected.
Bug fix implemented to ensure documents and signatures are retained when disclosures from the originals folder are copied to the offer folder.
Bug fixed: Message history for sent messages and invitation emails within the client profile is now accurately displayed.
